"Impressions of Faifo": A Heritage Experiment | Chapter 2

Originating from the artist-in-residence program in May 2026 at Anmira Hội An – Village of Arts and Culture, the exhibition "Impressions of Faifo" is the fruit of a journey marked by observation, dialogue, and personal reflection on Hội An through the practices of three young artists: Phạm Thủy Tiên, Lâm Gia Huấn, and Phan Anh Thư.

The exhibition unfolds in two chapters: first at Anmira – Village of Arts and Culture, Hội An (September 2026), and continuing at Annam Gallery, Ho Chi Minh City (October 2026)—a seamless continuation bringing works born from ancient town inspirations into a new conversational context.

Leaving behind the moss-covered tile roofs of the heritage town, the artworks do not end their story there, but open an entirely new chapter of dialogue.

In the heart of the metropolis, these creations extend far beyond nostalgic memory, softly touching the rhythm and contemporary aesthetics of the city. Here, tradition transforms itself, expanding new perspectives and proving its enduring vitality, flowing quietly yet powerfully within the present moment.
