From the organizer: Come join us every Wednesday night for a Community Yoga class. We've got good vibes, awesome yogi's and a great space. This open level class explores yoga through breath and body awareness while practicing mindfulness.
All levels are welcome. A variety of poses will be explored which are accessible to beginners. Opportunities for more challenging poses will be offered to experienced yogis.
Donations go towards Carley and her quest to become a certified instructor.
Wear: comfortable, flexible clothing
Bring: yoga mat, water, towel, and a smile.
