Start your Brunch journey in The Library, enjoying freshly shucked Oysters, cold cut, our gourmet crepe station and try out our Bloody Mary bar. Graze onwards to Market 39 and indulge in the full spread of brunch specialities including sushi and sashimi, whole roast pork and Beef carving station, Foie Gras, freshly caught seafood selection and an indulgent dessert selection whilst Veuve Clicquot champagne flows freely. Complete your journey in Purple Jade with a Cheese Island and late afternoon selection of Mexican Tacos and Chicken Shwarma whilst enjoying the music of our resident DJ.
