From the organizer: Another giant of the disco re-edit scene is on his way: Pete Herbert will be hitting the booth to send us on a journey through the disco galaxy which will have all the sights and sounds of a party in its purest form. 

As the one-time owner of the infamous Atlas Record Store in Soho and boss of Reverso 68 label, Pete Herbert is a definitive master of knowing what makes people move. As partner in crime of Dicky Trisco - who tore up the floor when he visited in April - Pete comes armed with an arsenal of the rarest and most foot-shaking sounds from the worlds of disco and house as well as their obscure and indefinable border regions.

As a producer, Pete Herbert has crafted release after release of no-nonsense disco dance power, fusing samples of the old with his own deeply funky take on electronic music and all of the dance-giving potentiality available in the now. His tracks have been played countless times in The Obs, and now it’s time for their creator to come and show us what inspires him.
