Vietnamese themed buffet will be introduced every Friday and Saturday in February. On Lunar New Year’s Eve dinner February 7th, enjoy a wide array of Vietnamese traditional food to welcome the Year of the Monkey 2016 including beef and star fruit salad, crispy pork with honey and sesame seeds, deep fried stuffed crab claws, deep fried homemade spring roll, Vietnamese traditional beef (Phở), beef noodle soup Hue style, Vietnamese pan cake, Vietnamese rice cake, chưng cake and pickle (bánh chưng và dưa món), and prawn rolled in taro. There will be an appealing Vietnamese signature desserts such as mu gon, Vietnamese tapioca with mung bean sweep soup, sticky rice filled mung bean in ginger syrup, assorted sweet cakes includes chocolate hazelnut cake, sweet corn pudding, crème caramel, cheese cake and peach almond tart.
