Expert: Angela from Saigon Beer School 
Who is Angela Payne, Dean of Saigon’s Beer School? Searching for a way to combine her university degree in History and her experience as a homebrewer and bartender, Angela left her hometown of Milwaukee, WI, the former Beer Capitol of the World, to make her fortune. She headed to Prague where she found a job as a Beer Master, giving talks on the history of beer and taking international travelers to medieval and modern breweries while tasting the best beers the Czech Republic had to offer. Now a resident of Saigon, she teaches cooking for Junior Chef Saigon and searches out new places to enjoy a pint.
