What better way is there to welcome April than with a gourmet ‘barbie’ on the rooftop? On April 2, our chefs fire up the grill at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar for a smoky ‘Taste of Australia’ barbecue menu, loaded with Black Angus cheeseburgers, pork sausages, shrimp and more. Paired with a complimentary flute of Chandon sparkling wine, our frosty Coopers beer buckets, or your choice of fine Australian wines, it’s the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon.
