Our head chef Ivan Barone’s new creation is a stellar product of six months of research, planning and loving work guided by a vision which aims to capture just exactly what is so special about a cuisine that gloriously stamps its position on the world map. As our menu delves further into the raw culinary essence of the region, we can’t wait for you to discover as we bring in rustic seafood dishes that mark the unique charm and freshness of the sun shimmering ports and towns that harbour the taste and fervour of the South.

We are excited to be laying out an exquisite display of the very best seafood as our Mixed Grilled Seafood Platter boasts a golden range of succulent flavours mixed perfectly with fresh ingredients and unmistakable character native to the Mediterranean coastline. Crack through the baked salt crunch of our Sea Bass on Fire to reveal its buttery juices flirting delicately with the caper sauce or heat things up with our Spicy Lobster Linguine and find yourself breaking into the succulent, tender lobster meat balanced perfectly with a cherry tomato-infused kick. We have also added to our family of signature Neapolitan, artisanal and gourmet pizzas and one to definitely keep an eye out for is our signature Smoked Cheese and Pesto Pizza, where the distinctive smokiness of the speck ham is complimented by a bed of creamy Italian-sourced mozzarella and all laid upon, of course, our famous fire-blistered wood-fired bases straight out of our authentic Stefano Ferrara brick ovens.
