Now known to locals and tourists alike, the stretch of railway between Dien Bien Phu Street and Tran Phu Street has grown into a little village of its own. With cafes serving tea by the rail side and chickens chilling on the tracks, it’s arguably the most idiosyncratic spot in the capital.
