To ease your effort and bring you the best treat after a long hard year, Le Méridien Saigon is hosting a Best of Cantonese Buffet, featuring 2 Michelin Stars Chef Joseph Tsang and his team from Hong Kong from the 21 January to 27 January.

Chef Tsang has more than 42 years of top traditional Cantonese cooking experience, with 2 coveted Michelin stars and experience cooking for some of the top venues in Hong Kong and Vietnam. He will bring some of his famous signature dish to Le Méridien Saigon, such as the Crispy shrimp balls with Caviar, Black truffle shrimp dumpling, Liarong crispy duck, Traditional Peking duck, Abalone on stuffed Zucchini and so much more. The icing on the cake will be “Chef Tsang’s Special Lobster” with steamed lobster and a secret sauce that made his name.
