My story
My go-to exercise is always very intense and very sweaty, however, this made me prone to injury. I felt I couldn't exercise the way I loved or would ever feel as strong as I would like.
That was until I found Pilates, I like to push myself to my limit so I do sweat during Pilates and I most certainly "feel" it
This has inspired me to become a teacher and share my passion with as many other people as I can
All you need is a mat, comfortable clothing, some water and yourself. There is a nominal fee of 50,000vnd.
