New Chef-Crafted Menu Unveiled @ Sheraton Saigon Hotel

Being known as one of the most eminent restaurants in town with panoramic views over Ho Chi Minh City, Level 23 Signature Restaurant will introduce new dining menu with finest ingredients crafted by Executive Chef, Lorraine Sinclair.

Explore the new luxurious food items featuring Beef Wellington served with asparagus and gravy, roasted beef Wagyu Tomahawk, grilled Whole Dover Sole with herbs, roasted John Dorry fish with lemon infused zucchini, bell pepper served with café de paris butter, live Lobster, Boston Lobster and Vietnamese Lobster cooked to your personal liking with favorite sauces.
