Namaste beautiful people,

My name is Charlie; I am half French and British and have been living in Vietnam for 7 years.
I initially started Yoga to heal a chronicle back pain; I discovered a lot more benefits it brings to my life.
From not being able to sit down on the mat for more than 10 seconds to being able to meditate for 90 minutes, I am the living proof that Yoga isn’t only for slim and flexible people. My classes are accessible to all kinds of levels, so don’t be shy to join, even if you are a beginner!
I am grateful to be given the chance to share happiness and bliss with you and can’t wait to enjoy our sessions!
