[Video] Rappers Hit Hanoi Streets in Fiery 'Thủ Đô Cypher' Collaboration

Four up-and-coming Hanoi rappers spit rapid-fire rhymes across the capital city.

Rappers RPT MCK, RPT Orijinn, RZMas, and LOW G team up for a track titled 'Thủ Đô Cypher,' in a collaboration by Vietnamese shoe brand Biti's Hunter and Beck'Stage. The quartet flips syllables touching on a variety of subjects surrounded by classic Hanoi scenes including Hoan Kiem Lake, the entrance to a local mom-and-pop shop, traffic-filled roundabouts and train tracks moving through a claustrophobic residential area. Thanks to some nifty editing, the video takes occasional dips into the surreal, such as when one rapper flows while submerged in the lake and another is run-over by a passing locomotive.

While the branding is very subtle, the new Biti's Hunter collection can be spotted here and there. The kicks are part of the new Hanoi Culture Patchwork collection of sneakers inspired by the capital's urban landscape, with some significant streetwear influence. Beck's Ice is also a sponsor, as well as Kenh14.
