Hanoi Launches High Tech Traffic Control Center

On October 1, Hanoi officially put its fancy new VND230 billion traffic control center into operation, reports Zing.

The 261 camera system allows operators to track traffic patterns and adjust traffic lights with the click of a button in addition to detecting traffic violations.
