The Painter's Studio is pleased to present our new painting class with Quynh Chu: Intro to Silk Painting.

We will start from preparing the silk, stretching the silk canvas, planning the design and learning special silk painting techniques. At the end of the course students will understand the fundamental of the Vietnamese traditional Silk Painting combine with their own creativy to create a unique painting.
About the instructor: Quynh Chu is a visual artist graduate from University of the Fine Art Vietnam, working with many medias and materials from traditional to digital arts. Please follow the link below to find out more information about her arts:

Tuition fee: 1,900,000 dong - (materials included)
class schedule: Tuesday 3/12, 10/12, 17/12, 24/12, 31/12, 7/1
6:30pm - 8:30pm (120 mins)
Level: Beginner (students should already know some basic observational drawing, measuring to be able to participate in class)
Instruction will be given in English and Vietnamese.
Age: 15 and above.
Maximum 12 students.
