In our Wellness event series, this is the first time Zenith combines Yoga and Acupuncture in one workshop hosted by our two beautiful teachers Marzena and Caite.

* What is it about?
Yoga with Acupuncture points are combined for stress release, better relaxation and grounding. We will do slow restorative yoga, meditation and acupressure and acupuncture. We will learn about acupuncture in brief and its connection with yoga.

* Who should come?
Everyone who wants to relax, learn some easy tools of self care, no yoga experience necessary.

- Caite Halley: Accupunture Therapist

Caite graduated from the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a Master&;s of Science in 2011. Since then she has treated thousands of people using the theories and techniques of TCM with great success. Her passion is not only helping people feel their best but also providing them with the tools to continue to prevent disease in the future. TCM is a holistic form of medicine, with the goal of balancing mind, body and your surrounding environment, allowing you to live life to the fullest.
