Just in time for Songkran, delight in the best of Thai street food from 9th April to 2nd May at the Windsor Plaza Hotel’s Café Central An Dong. Celebrating Thai culture and cuisine, this feast presents the culinary favourites found throughout the bustling night markets of Bangkok, from fresh salads to succulent chicken satay and of course a collection of aromatic curries.

Along with all of Café Central An Dong’s usual buffet favourites, this unique collection of traditional dishes from the Land of Smiles includes deep-fried fish cake, Thai barbecued skewers, pad Thai noodles, tom yum goong soup, massaman curry with beef, and stir-fried pork with chili and holy basil.

All of these sumptuous dishes and more will be overseen by Chef Suriyan Boon-Oi, Executive Sous Chef of the Windsor Plaza Hotel. Chef Suriyan of Thailand said the flavours of Thai cuisine are rightly revered around the world, “Thai food is really inseparable from Thai culture, and that is what we are aiming to bring to our guests, and we are sure they will be fully delighted.”
