As of 8pm last night, Vietnamese petrol prices reached an all-time high.
According to The Ministry of Finance, the price hike was made due to changes on the international market, reports VNExpress.
Now, a liter of RON 92 in the country’s urban areas will cost VND25,230 and RON 95 VND25,730. For suburban regions, the prices were raised to VND25,730 VND and VND26,240, respectively.
The price of diesel remains unchanged.
While this is the highest raise in petro prices since January this year, the price of petrol in Vietnam has been slowly rising.
