To show that Mui Ne isn’t the only place to catch a decent wave in Vietnam, a group of surfers recently explored Vietnam’s 3,444 km long coast and found nirvana in Phan Rang, a relative backwater compared to Nha Trang and Mui Ne.
Traveling by bus, motorbike and good-old-fashioned feet, the crew, along with Win, Vietnam’s premier kite surfer, tracked down some of Vietnam’s legendary breaks.
The video, brewed on the strength of caphe sua da, features time lapses and drone views that not only show Vietnam’s frenetic urban scenes, but meditative countryside and coastline.
