In the video, the dog is seen "driving" as his human holds him in place. The man is heard saying “Good!” to the dog repeatedly throughout the clip.
Police have called the act “extremely dangerous,” and said that if caught, the man faces up to VND7.2 million in fines – VND5-7 million for “releasing both hands while driving a motorbike” and VND200,000 for not wearing a helmet, in addition to also losing his drivers’ license for two months and his motorbike for a week, reports Thanh Nien.
No word on whether the dog would be fined for driving without a license.
