To the delight of mobile gamers across the globe, ‘Flappy Bird’ creator, Dong Nguyen, is working on a new game, reports GamesInAsia.
Between pulling in 50k a day in advertising and receiving death threats from poultry junkies, the ‘Flappy Bird’ saga grabbed international headlines last month
With the press still hounding him, a spokesman for Dong told Chinese gaming site, QQ that “we can not respond to media to focus on next projects.”
GamesInAsia surmised that this statement, along with messages from Dong’s Twitter account, means that there is probably some truth to this statement rather than it being an outright deflection.
But what he’s working on is anyone’s guess.
