Located a few blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, Uu Dam Chay is arguably the most beautifully designed restaurant in town.
ArchDaily has shared a bit of background on the spacious, multi-level eatery, as well as a collection of drool-inducing photos. According to the architecture site, Uu Dam's three floors represent three Buddhist periods, namely the past, the present and the future. The interior is meant to serve as a retreat from the hectic nature of modern life.
