VietJet Will Fly to Phnom Penh From Saigon Starting This November

It seems that VietJet is ramping up its regional services as the company has been announcing new flight routes every month.

According to The Bangkok Post, VietJet will start flying from Saigon to Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital, from November 24. Each daily trip between the two cities will take 45 minutes, a considerable improvement from the current few-hour-long bus trip.

Flights from Saigon will leave at 5:35pm and arrive in Phnom Penh at 6:20pm while the trip back would start at 7:30pm and get to Saigon at 8:15pm.

Previously, the budget airline also revealed two new services from Hanoi to Yangon and from Saigon to Jakarta starting this August and December, respectively.

Regional air carrier AirAsia is also launching a Saigon-Manila this coming November.
