With just eight months to go until Vietnam’s first-ever Formula One Grand Prix, construction of the racecourse is underway and, as of today, tickets for the event are officially on sale.
There are three types of tickets available, including VIP hospitality, grandstand seating, and general admission, which allows standing access. The latter is the cheapest ticket, costing just VND700,000, Dan Tri reports.
Hospitality tickets range from nearly VND50 million to VND96 million. Three-day grandstand tickets, which offer a seated view of the starting grid, cost between VND4 million and VND9 million, while a single-day ticket comes in at VND1.5 million. Tickets are available online or at VinMart+ convenience stores in Hanoi and Saigon.
There are currently 21 F1 races on the calendar, including six in Asia. Vietnam will be the third country in Southeast Asia to host a race, following Malaysia and Singapore, though the former is no longer on the schedule.
