The second tallest building in Vietnam, the Hà Nội Lotte Center, is in its final stages of construction and is set to open for public use on September 2 after 5 years of construction, according to Zing.
With a height of 267m, divided into 65 floors, Hà Nội Lotte Center is second only to Hanoi’s 350m tall Keangnam Landmark tower. The Bitexco Financial Tower, the country’s tallest from 2010 to 2011, stands at 262m.
The Hà Nội Lotte Center will house offices, luxury apartments, a five-star hotel, shopping center, observatory and lavish entertainment services.
The $400 million building was designed by Callison Architect Company and funded by Lotte Group.
