The finishing touches are being put on Nguyen Hue Street’s pedestrian promenade that is set to open this month to coincide with the city’s Reunification Day celebrations. While not officially open for business, some of its features such as a multicolored water fountain in front of the Sun Wah Tower have already come to life.

This video, shot by VnExpress on Monday night, shows the trial run of the fountain that includes numerous streams of water that dance around with brilliant color.
