[Video] Nosh Food Week Kicks off at GRAIN

Over the next week, Luke Nguyen’s Grain will be home to Nosh Food Week Saigon, a week of food events centered on collaboration between local chefs.

The week features a number of cooking classes, tastings and supper clubs, led by a cast of international culinary maestros who will cook everything from Marou Chocolate-infused salted caramel chocolate tarts to hulking cuts of beef.

Saigoneer sat down with some of the chefs who chatted about their experiences in the Vietnamese restaurant industry, how they approach food and what dishes they plan to teach and serve this week, among other topics.

Nosh Food Week Saigon runs from Monday, November 16 - Sunday November 22. For more information, contact info@noshsaigon.com.
