Saigoneer is happy to announce the first photo walk of the year! Join us on February 1 for a chat, a coffee and a stroll around “south Pham” with photographer Glen Riley.
We’ll meet at The Hungry Pig on 144 Cong Quynh at 8:30am for a brief chat about street photography and tricks of the trade before departing on an hour walk through the hẻms and lesser seen bits of the Pham. When we get back, we’ll have a chat about what we captured and how we can get better images in the future.
Riley, a native Canadian, has contributed publications such as the Korean Herald, The Daegu Compass and The Word Magazine here in Saigon.
The Hungry Pig is generously offering 25% off coupons for all participants. They’ll also have tasty bacon-based bites to fuel the stroll.
Tickets are VND150,000 and are on a first come first serve for only 20 registered participants.
