[Video] Apple Taps Into Vietnam’s Beauty for New iPad Commercial

Vietnam is a beautiful country that happens to be obsessed with Apple products. While we’re still waiting for the first legit Apple store to open, the tech giant has picked Vietnam as setting for its new iPad commercial.

As Apple gears up to release a new set of iPads this year (and boost declining sales), it has created a new ad campaign, “Your Verse” which positions the device as a travel companion.

Much of the ad seen below follows a deaf traveler traveling solo around Vietnam as she takes bike rides through rice paddies, snaps pictures of Ha Long Bay and takes a cyclo ride through District 1.

While the ad promotes a fair ubiquitous side of Vietnam, it’s nice to see it’s beauty being promoted to the international market.

Maybe it can even help lift slowing tourism rates.
