[Photos] Life in 1973 Saigon - Part 2

Life in Saigon in the early 1970s wasn’t easy, but that didn’t stop the city’s residents from adopting a positive outlook and happy-go-lucky approach to living.

In part 1 of the photo series, photographer Nick DeWolf mainly walked around the Ben Thanh area to capture the effortless cool of the ladies of Saigon.

This time, he ventured further to other neighborhoods of District 1 such as Ton That Dam’s chợ cũ to catch on film some of the most genuine smiles the metropolis has to offer.
