Trung Nguyên puts out some pretty darn good coffee, providing a solid alternative to corn and chemical based street variety. When it comes to packaging, however, it looks like they could use a bit of help with geography.
This photo from Reddit user, ZacatecanJack, shows some pretty egregious geography inaccuracies – California in Canada, Tokyo in China, London in North Africa, and Bangkok in India, to name a few. It looks like the only country in the correct location is Vietnam (barely).
While it seems like a printing mishap at first, there is no consistency to the errors, with cities placed seemingly at random.
We know that geography isn’t everyone’s strong suit, but when you’re a company with major international aspirations, it’s probably a good idea to break out a map (or Google) every now and then.
